The Defining Moments album began as a personal music project for artist, Tracey Chattaway in 2009. At that time, Tracey was living in Adelaide, Australia and started with the idea of recording her music for personal reflection - music that "doesn't include sounds of the ocean or birds!".
Later that year, she and husband Dan, moved to the UK and that's where her journey of music creation began to take shape. As the project evolved, they decided to make it available for those looking for reflective, instrumental music. After returning to the much missed sunshine of Australia in 2010, Tracey continued the project in her Melbourne home studio. Defining Moments is Tracey Chattaway's debut studio album, released into the wild in November 2012.
